Please be sure to read the newsletter weekly. I do put the words we are working on and skills for the week, important dates, and the memory verse. We do go over all of these in class, but some of the students may need a little help. Thank you for doing that!
IMPORTANT: Please have your child
practice reading the sentences and/or books that go home. Some words
they will need to sound out. If you have any questions about how to
blend (sound out), please call me. I'll explain. If they are taught
differently at home, it could harm their reading rather than help it.

Jaycie, Eli, Abigail, and Carter for
blending your words so great this week! Once they start blending
quickly, they will soon drop the blending, and read fluently. I'll
brag on others as they start picking up on the blending. Thank you so much for working with me on this.
