Today is Dr. Seuss' 111th birthday! Some of the kids wanted whiskers, and some didn't. We had a fun day reading Dr. Seuss books. They even picked out their favorite book! We talked about how Dr. Seuss loved to rhyme. I told them Dr. Seuss always said, "If a child can rhyme, a child can read!"
